Hotshot Automotive takes great care when putting product information, descriptions and images on-line but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given.

Prices

The prices indicated on the website of Hotshot Automotive are shown in BDT (Bangladesh Taka) and do not include delivery costs. The delivery costs are clearly shown in the checkout page and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed.

Delivery policy

We promise to deliver your ordered products within 3 working days for inside of Dhaka Metro areas and 5 working days for outside of Dhaka Metro areas. Products ordered with installation service will be completed within 5 working days. Installation service is available in Dhaka Metro areas.

Order Cancellations

Orders placed online have to be cancelled via our helpline (+8801771686654) within 1 hour from when the order will be placed. For orders placed with installation service, cancellation needs to be confirmed within 30 minutes. Hotshot Automotive reserves the right to deny any cancellations that are deemed tardy.

Warranty Policy

If your ordered product comes with warranty must keep the invoice for future reference or let us know your order number for website orders. If you face any trouble with the product kindly inform us. We will try to solve the trouble as soon as possible. If the trouble is beyond any solution we will send a replacement of the product, availability depends on the stock of the product. If the product is out of stock we will make an exchange policy for any of our other products within the same price.
